Victoria ISD offers
premier early education with the VISD 3K/ Head Start program, Pre-Kindergarten (state-funded and tuition based), and Kindergarten. Children who take part in early childhood education programs have improved social skills and do better in school because they have foundation for lifelong enthusiasm for reading and learning.
