The Maintenance Mechanical Department goal is to repair mechanical issues within a timely manner while minimizing equipment and system failures.

The Maintenance Mechanical Department employs heating/air conditioning technicians, plumbers,  helpers, electricians, plumbers and campus mechanics.

The Campus Mechanics are able to trouble shoot problems at the campus level before having to contact the Maintenance department. In most cases, the problem will be resolved.

The Filter Mechanics travel to each campuses changing out filters on roof tops as needed and delivering filters for the custodial staff to use inside the building.

The Mechanical Operations Department includes:

  • 4 HVAC Journeymen

  • 2 HVAC Helpers

  • 1 Plumber Supervisor 

  • 3 Plumbers

  • 2 Plumbers Journeymen

  • 1 Plumber Helper

  • 4 Electricians

  • 2 Campus Mechanics

  • 2 Filter Mechanics
