Victoria ISD is embarking on a bold, district-wide strategic planning initiative to ensure all students are equipped for success in an ever-evolving world. This process will shape the future of our schools, guiding priorities, goals, and actions through 2029.
Community voices are essential to this effort. Parents, students, teachers, staff, and local organizations are invited to participate in four upcoming town hall forums to provide input on proposed strategic priorities and performance outcomes.
“At Victoria ISD, we are committed to fostering a student-centered environment that prioritizes teaching, learning, and excellence,” said Superintendent Sheila Collazo. “This strategic plan will serve as a living blueprint, guiding us toward exemplary outcomes and sustained student success.”
The town halls will provide insight into the district’s direction while allowing attendees to share feedback and collaborate in shaping a shared vision for the future of VISD.
