VISD must focus on developing a homegrown talent pool.
VISD will be a destination work culture by focusing on current and future talent.
Giving a sense of pride in our school district and schools should be a focus to invest the community in our district and draw staff to our district.
We will allow teachers to select their preferred pathway.
We will be deliberately developmental to ensure all staff and students have deeper learning experiences as they diversify their skillset.
