The VISD Print Shop offers printing services to district booster clubs, PTOs, and non-profit organizations.

Things to know:

• We are a print-ready print shop. At this time all print jobs must be submitted in files that have all the specifications necessary to produce high-resolution printed output, without requiring any additional alteration or intervention.

• All files must be submitted as PDFs. Word documents will not be accepted.

• Print jobs may be picked up from the print shop

To request a quote:

To request a print job:

1. If you need a large print job completed, complete the PRINT JOB QUOTE form below. This will elevate any unexpected charges.

2. For all print jobs, the PRINT JOB REQUEST FORM must be completed.

3. Print jobs must be uploaded to the form in a PDF. Not uploading a PDF will delay the completion of your print job.

4. Once a Print Job Request Form is received, the Print Shop will email you with your estimated completion date.

5. Your job will then be placed in the queue.

The Print Job Request Form will be open from Sept. 3, 2024, and will close on Aug. 15, 2025.
